Margaret Iuculano brings a heart for service and a passion for equipping leaders to live out their faith in the workplace. A former tech company CEO, she went on to found a national non-profit advocating for foster children, inspired by her own experience in foster care and shared in her book, My God Box.

Over the years, she has served in senior leadership roles with some of the nation's most influential faith-based and pro-family organizations, helping raise hundreds of millions of dollars to advance missions that strengthen families and communities.

At CEA, Margaret draws on her extensive leadership experience and public policy background, paired with a deep commitment to Biblical principles, to serve employers who desire to honor Christ while building thriving, principled organizations free from threat.

Fred McGrath serves as Senior Policy Advisor to the Christian Employers Alliance (CEA), where he leads the development of CEA's Biblical Business Index, the first-ever policy analysis system grounded in Scripture. Through this initiative, Fred is helping transform public policy engagement by equipping faith leaders and activists with a powerful new tool to participate in the political process and hold lawmakers accountable to biblical principles.

In addition to his work with CEA, Fred holds an executive leadership position at the Institute for Legislative Analysis (ILA), the leading policy research and data hub, housing the most comprehensive legislative datasets in the nation.

Previously, Fred served as Director of the Center for Legislative Accountability at the American Conservative Union (CPAC). Over the course of nearly a decade, he led the creation and expansion of the nation's first legislative scorecard to cover all 8,000 federal and state lawmakers, setting a new benchmark for conservative policy evaluation.

Fred also served as an Economic Advisor to Dr. Ben Carson's 2016 presidential campaign and as an Associate and Fellow at the Charles Koch Institute. He began his career as a research assistant at George Mason University's Department of Economics and the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC). Fred holds degrees in Economics and Communication from George Mason University.

Debra Wimpee has served as Mayor of Broken Arrow since 2021, following her role as City Councilor for Ward 1. A leader across public, private, and nonprofit sectors, she is dedicated to community service, economic development, and veteran advocacy.

She is the founder and owner of The BA Buzz, a positive news platform promoting local businesses and community events with over 10 million views. Debra also serves as Director of Alliance Engagement for the Christian Employers Alliance, where she works to connect and support business leaders committed to faith-based values.

She and her husband, Glenne, have been married 24 years and have three children and two "grand darlins". She knows her spiritual gifting is service without a doubt and her calling is to be a connector and a light for the Lord!

Phil Bell serves as Sr. Advisor for the President of Christian Employers Alliance (CEA) where he works closely with our investors, partners, and members to enhance CEA's ability to advance its mission. In this role he stands at the confluence of our faith-based core principles and the public policy objectives that our stakeholders pursue in their businesses and daily lives.

Additionally, Phil founded and serves as Chief Executive Officer of Tower K Group, a public affairs and policy services firm that develops comprehensive campaigns to advance free market ideas and reshape public policy in the vision of America's Founding.

Phil's background includes serving as a lobbyist supporting state-level Religious Freedom Restoration Acts (RFRA) with the goal of ensuring that litigants in state courts are afforded the same 1st Amendment religious liberty protections that are available to litigants in federal courts. He also worked in grassroots advocacy in support of economic freedom within America's freight railroad network. His background also includes work for the Republican National Committee, Maryland Republican Party, and Newt Gingrich's 2012 Presidential campaign.

He hosts the All Aboard Podcast by All Things Trains (@allthingstrainsusa on YouTube). Phil holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Boston University and resides in Vienna, VA.
